You’re visiting us because you are stuck, floundering, or generally unhappy with your current circumstances. You are in a rut. No matter where you are in your career, you’ve reached the threshold and you realize you need to changes things up. 

My holistic approach involves working at the intersection of the “personal” (emotional realm) and the “professional” (career realm) drawing on neuroscience and positive psychology to help you thrive.  I mostly wear my coaching hat, although, at times, put on my counseling or consulting hat to address the wide range of needs my clients bring. In coaching, you are the expert, and the coach is a facilitator and guide. 

What is Coaching? Coaching is a partnership that is designed to provide a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. It’s designed to get you where you want to be and our role as coaches is to facilitate the creation of your personal and /or professional goals and to develop and carry out a strategy or plan for achieving those goals, to ultimately help you change and achieve the transformation you seek. 

In coaching, you, the client, are solely responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of, or resulting from the coaching relationship. 

My role is to support you in identifying your key professional /personal goals and to guide you and support you in how to best achieve them. This is a journey of personal discovery and increased capacity for reflection, learning and action. You can expect to engage in conversations that yield clarity, increased confidence and motivation, suitable levels of risk for your specific situation, renewed engagement and specific strategies for next steps. This  approach requires diving into a process and the timeline will depend on your unique circumstances and level of motivation. Personal change and transformation can take anywhere between 3-6 months.    

The benefit of our approach is that it involves gaining a deeper understanding of  yourself so that you can effectively move in the right direction, with the right tools and with a greater sense of self.
